Townskate Joins the NFT Space

Townskate was a company name I formed back in 2009 when I was a child with a passion for content creation. People ask me about the inspiration regarding the name, and I tell them our roots began back in the day longboarding and skateboarding around our hometown of Flushing, MI. Townskate was born, and it embodied the basis of what we did almost every day. Early on, I found myself carrying a camera around and filming anything I could that was film worthy. I never lost that appetite for content, and this can be said about this NFT project. The Townskaters were formed considering this same drive that we at Townskate formed over 10 years ago, and its goal is to encompass everything we’ve done in the last decade. Joining the NFT space wasn’t a small task, and to be honest there’s a lot more to it than meets the eye. For those that are familiar with NFT’s there’s a few collections that immediately come to mind, that being the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), and the Crypto Punks. These collections smelled the boom of the NFT wave long before most people did, and soon their implementation into the Metaverse will propel them even further. As we here at Townskate continue to embark on this journey, I ask you to stay with us and join us on this amazing ride. Thank you.
